Description
It's the best and worst of times with McKinsey quantifying design's value to business while 99designs profits from designers working for little or no pay. How do we define design in ways that truly demonstrate its value and benefit those in the profession?

As the 2020 Global Pandemic hit the cross-section of Michelle’s role as both Designer and Business Owner became more critical than ever.
