RGD Annual General Meeting
Virtual Thursday April 30 @ 6 to 9 PMMembers in all Categories are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) for the following purposes:
- Review the audited financial statements for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2025 (will be available to Members two weeks prior to the meeting and at the meeting)
- Appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the auditors' remuneration
- Vote on Amendments to the RGD's General By-Law
- Elect the Certified RGDs nominated to serve on the RGD Board (no Member voting will occur since there are an equal number of nominees to openings)
- Review the RGD's initiatives/activities over the past year and plans for 2026/2027
If you are a Certified RGD Member not able to attend virtually (online voting will take place during the meeting) but would like to have a Certified RGD attending vote on your behalf, a proxy will be provided.
A video recording of the meeting as well as copies of Committee Reports will be made available to Members after the meeting.
