Members in all Categories are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) for the following purposes:

Review the audited financial statements for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2025 (will be available to Members two weeks prior to the meeting and at the meeting)
Appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the auditors' remuneration
Vote on Amendments to the RGD's General By-Law
- General By-Law Amendment 7
- General By-Law Amendment 8
Elect the Certified RGDs nominated to serve on the RGD Board (no Member voting will occur since there are an equal number of nominees to openings)
Review the RGD's initiatives/activities over the past year and plans for 2026/2027

If you are a Certified RGD Member not able to attend virtually (online voting will take place during the meeting) but would like to have a Certified RGD attending vote on your behalf, a proxy will be provided.

A video recording of the meeting as well as copies of Committee Reports will be made available to Members after the meeting.
