Build a Bricklin Car: Reviving a 50-year-old New Brunswick Icon

How can custom sneakers and paper models define a culture? This artist talk will focus on time capsules and the art of storytelling using found and archival images to imbue objects and vessels of cultural importance and provenance. Participants will learn a little history of this unique, iconic car, view a 1-of-1 time capsule containing original Bricklin sales artifacts and custom Nike SB sneakers, and be offered the opportunity to build a paper model Bricklin SV1 of their own.
