New information design projects by RGD Members
Check out new projects from Blok, Context Creative, Rethink and by Paige Pennifold RGD
Hans Thiessen RGD and the team at Rethink created Good Food News to help A&W share information about their environmental initiatives, product innovations and community involvement in an engaging way.
Each illustrated issue focuses on a particular theme and is filled with interesting bite-sized information and interactive games.
Lionel Gadoury RGD and the team at Context Creative were commissioned by Ontario Securities Commission to design a website for publication of an investigative report on collapse of Canadian crypto asset trading platform QuadrigaCX which affected investors worldwide.
The bilingual microsite features explanatory animations, graphs and more to help the investing public understand what caused the platform’s demise. Wireframes, design and development were done in collaboration with Context Creative. The site was recognized with a Summit Creative Award.
Vanessa Eckstein RGD and the team at Blok designed ORIGEN MÉXICO, a book that originates from the most profound love of land and identity. It is a convergence of talents, passions, thoughts, textures, flavours, creative forces and unique sensibilities with an innate character, inherited from the indigenous cultures that have formed and illuminated Mexican culture.
From the materiality of carbon paper—the nearly discarded—to the impossibility of a typeface that has yet to be launched, ORIGEN MÉXICO reaches across time and space to deliver narratives that are multiple, rich and authentic. This book honours the inherent beauty of the country and gives immense gratitude to those who have moved us to see further and deeper. All of the profits from the book support accessible education in Mexico.
Paige Pennifold RGD designed this infographic for Alberta Construction Magazine (JWN).
The Infographic brings to life the concerning data regarding mental health in Canadian workplaces.
