Adele Bisaillon RGD

Adele Bisaillon is an award-winning brand strategist, creative director, and communications designer based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. With more than 20 years of experience spanning government, in-house communications, and private sector consulting, she specializes in developing strategic brand systems that create clarity, consistency, and meaningful connection across diverse audiences and platforms. Adele is recognized for her work in brand strategy, visual identity systems, creative direction, and implementation across large-scale and community-focused initiatives. She was one of two co-creators behind the Government of the Northwest Territories rebrand, helping shift the organization from a traditional logo-based approach to a flexible and inclusive design system supporting 11 official languages. Over the past decade, she has continued to lead and support the evolution and implementation of the identity across government communications, signage, insignia, advertising systems, and public-facing touchpoints. Through her studio, Brands by Adele, she partners with businesses and organizations across Canada to build intentional, cohesive brands grounded in strategy and designed for growth. Her work spans sectors including healthcare, wellness, construction, Indigenous organizations, tourism, retail, and public service. Adele’s work has been recognized nationally through the RGD In-House Design Award, IABC Silver Leaf Award, and the Premier’s Award for Excellence. She has also served as a judge for the RGD Branding Awards and Social Good Design Awards, contributing to the advancement of design excellence and strategic communications in Canada.
