Risograph Printing Workshop

Jesjit Gil & Jenny Gitman

About this video

Jesjit and Jenny provide a brief history of Risograph printing and a look at the mechanics of the Risograph, how it works and how to set up files for printing. We will do a quick photoshop play by play of a colour separation for Riso (full colour to duotone) and a demonstration of the print result with Q&A along the way.

Colour Code was established in 2011 by Jesjit Gill and Jenny Gitman as an independent print studio and publisher of Risograph artist books, zines and prints. Their work has been exhibited at international book fairs and conferences for almost a decade. The growing popularity and demand for Risograph printing has made Colour Code one of Canada's leading sources of Risograph printed matter and instruction.
