Robin is an accomplished brand and creative strategist with extensive experience in brand positioning, identity development, communications and design. She established her brand and marketing agency, McL, after a long career in B2C and B2B marketing, earning over 40 industry awards along the way. She is an accomplished leader dedicated to supporting the creative industry by sharing her knowledge on brand, creative and marketing leadership topics through speaking engagements, coaching and her new book, Creatives in Leadership. Originally from New York, she has honed her skills through studies at the Yale School of Management and Connecticut Institute of Art, in addition through board leadership for InSource, a non-profit for creative leaders, for more than a decade.
