Mindfulness — It's More than a Buzzword
Cassidy Thedorf
About this video
Description
What is mindfulness, and why should you care? Join Cassidy to learn about the neuroscience, and both the "why" and "how" of meditation. This workshop includes a meditation practise, as well as tips on how to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life. Re-examine the human relationship to stress and take this opportunity to redesign and rework your approach to change, reconnect to your "why" and relish in a mindful pause as we tune out the noise. Open to those whom are both new and experienced in meditation.
