Andy Epstein is the principal of Invangelist LLC, bringing over 40 years of creative services experience, with 30 of those years dedicated to building and leading in-house agencies across diverse industries. Beginning as a freelance illustrator and designer, Andy transitioned to become a recognized expert in in-house leadership, creative team operations, organizational design, and strategic consulting.
Over the course of his career, Andy has established in-house agencies from the ground up at Commonwealth Toy, Gund Inc. and Merck, while repositioning existing teams at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Designer Greetings, and Chevron among others.
