RGD Annual Meeting 2024
Virtual Saturday April 20 @ 12 pm ETMembers in all Categories are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) for the following purposes:
- Review the audited financial statements for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2023 (will be available in the Members-only section 2 weeks prior to the meeting and at the meeting)
- Appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the auditors' remuneration
- Ratify Amendments to the Code of Ethics (By-law #3)
- Elect the Certified RGDs nominated to serve on the RGD Board (no Member voting will occur since there are an equal number of nominees to openings)
- Review the RGD's initiatives/activities over the past year and plans for 2024/2025
If you are a Certified RGD Member not able to attend virtually (online voting will take place during the meeting) but would like to have a Certified RGD attending vote on your behalf, download a proxy below, complete it and email it to proxies@rgd.ca before 10 am ET on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
A video recording of the meeting as well as copies of the Committee Reports will be made available to Members after the meeting.
