Emma Segal is a designer, researcher, and creative leader with 20+ years of experience at the intersection of design, sustainability, and organizational transformation. Her work spans consumer product design, manufacturing, experiential education and systems-informed initiatives for international NGOs, government agencies, universities and corporations. Specializing in turning complex sustainability and circular economy challenges into actionable design solutions, Emma's approach combines real-world design experience backed by academic research as a PhD candidate to ensure interventions are both innovative and evidence-based. Her research into sustainable design policies for governments and corporations works towards models that more effectively facilitate transitions to circular products, services and business transformations. Emma also shares insights globally through workshops, guest lectures at academic institutions, conferences and events.
