Andrew Boardman RGD
Manoverboard Inc.
I coach designers and creative professionals navigating change, supporting them in their work, lives and careers. I also write Dear Designer, a weekly love letter to designers, artists and those searching for what comes next.
I also actively design and art direct with a focus on creating visual identities and websites for progressive organizations that seek tight, typographically-focused design.
For 20 years I was the founder of Manoverboard, the first Certified B Corporation in Manitoba. During that time, I taught design at the University of Manitoba and Red River College, and co-founded a design scholarship that ran for five years.
I currently serve on the board of the RGD and the Canadian Typography Archives. Lately I've been making odd but hopefully useful painted clay objects. Somehow I've also become a gym rat since moving to Montreal in 2024.
