Based in Kitchener, Ontario, Alexa Urbina is a multidisciplinary designer, an Associate RGD member, a Conestoga Graphic Design Alumni, and a Prepress Operator/Graphic Designer at Simpson Print. With a strong foundation in ideation, branding, illustration, print design, and prepress production, she strategically uses her versatility to craft innovative design solutions that communicate effectively and solve complex challenges with creativity and precision. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alexa brings a unique ability to navigate cultural nuances, ensuring that her design solutions are culturally relevant and strategically sound. She is committed to making design accessible and engaging, believing that compelling storytelling is essential to creating memorable and effective design. In her downtime, Alexa loves to nurture her creativity through various artistic outlets, drawing inspiration that fuels her design process and enhances the originality of her work. Passionate about uplifting her community, she has had the privilege of volunteering with organizations such as KWFamous, Good Company Productions, City of Cambridge, Kultrun Festival, and Creative Day for Social Good.
