Dwain Jones RGD

I have twin passions for design in general and motion design and Figma in particular. I enjoy the challenge of creating design systems, prototypes, and increasing companies’ success through the development of new, more efficient workflows. I have also mentored colleagues in Figma through regularly scheduled classes. As a motion designer, I work mainly for and in the context of ad agencies, producing engaging motion creative for a wide range of clients in various sectors. My broad interests in the design field also extend to print design and high-end retouching.

“Motion. Several years back I noticed that almost everywhere I went, spaces that used to contain print-based ads and posters were being replaced with screens. At that time I dove much more deeply into motion design; I saw the potential to enhance messages for ad audiences and enhance the user experience through micro interactions in the UX space.”

The best part about the RGD is...

“The learning environment. As a life-long lover of learning, the RGD is truly one of the best sources of conferences, events, webinars and other resources such as the RGD Handbook and Accessibility Guide. I don’t know of any other organization that provides members with so much actionable information and a learning community.”
