    Unifonic, which began as a regional SMS messaging provider, wanted to expand into the global digital communications market with their omnichannel customer engagement platform. Inspired by the company’s innovation and reach, Pendo evolved Unifonic’s brand to better reflect how the technology seamlessly joins people in conversation, shifting Unifonic from a regional player to a global one.
