Sitkawest is a Vancouver-based construction company with a clear ambition: to redefine what it means to be a trusted partner in the built environment. In an industry known for missed deadlines, inflated budgets and poor communication, Sitkawest leads with conviction: in their people, their quality and their promise to deliver. With over 27 years of founder experience and a proven portfolio, the company had the track record. What they needed was a brand that could clearly communicate their values and resonate with developers, architects and municipalities.

ZAK shaped a brand narrative around conviction as practice and the core idea of building trust. That trust is not assumed, but earned through consistency, care and collaboration. They created a confident, human identity: a minimalist logotype, structured grid system and restrained palette that established clarity and focus. Photography played a key role. ZAK captured the Sitkawest team on-site and in-office, with candid and grounded moments that highlight the people and relationships behind the work. The tone of voice is measured and declarative, using concise, structured language. The final identity reflects how Sitkawest works: intentionally, transparently and with conviction. A partner you can trust, and trust to deliver.
