GrassBox, a subscription-based grass alternative potty for pets, needed a professional brand identity and website to stand out in a highly competitive market. The goal was to create a youthful, trustworthy brand that would appeal to condo owners, puppy parents and senior dog owners.

Him & Her began with in-depth competitor research and found that most brands leaned on generic palettes, indistinct dog icons and basic typography. To set GrassBox apart, they crafted a more refined visual system using muted greens, custom type and modern textures. A focused moodboard and type treatments—rooted in real-world elements such as grass and dirt—helped ground the brand in authenticity. A charming, flexible illustration style was also developed, including quirky moments such as a dog peeing on the wordmark to inject personality without sacrificing clarity.

The project included a full brand identity, logo, product photography, packaging, art direction and a transactional website built for clarity and ease. Custom photo and video content brought the product to life across digital platforms. The result is a fresh, approachable brand that feels both credible and distinctive in a crowded market.
