Slide to take a break is a simple yet impactful 13-second video paired with audio to vividly portray the overwhelming nature of social media. The project reminds the problem of social media overwhelm by visually depicting the constant bombardment of information and notifications that individuals experience. By highlighting the need for breaks and encouraging viewers to step back from their screens. The project aims to encourage mindfulness and self-care among viewers, promoting a healthier digital lifestyle by inspiring positive changes in behaviour.

By reducing surplus food, it values the community by promoting sustainability, supporting local businesses and addressing a critical environmental issue, aligning with the brand's mission to empower everyone to make a positive impact. Additionally, it helps newcomers access affordable and quality culinary experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and community integration.
