Enchant’s brand refresh embodies the premium quality of its unique Christmas light maze events, where guests can immerse themselves and create lasting magical memories. Enchant’s origin lore places it in a magical forest in Scandinavia near the North Pole, the source of Santa’s magic. The brand’s new system draws from modern Scandinavian design, featuring a modular star pattern, evoking the sparkle of countless lights at these events. Illustrations visually narrate Enchant’s tale, using navy and gold to distinguish from traditional Christmas colours. The branded products allow guests to bring Enchant magic home and stay connected beyond their annual visit. A consistent presence is maintained through email and social media, urging followers to share their love and stay connected. The brand and products become part of guests’ traditions, reminding them of cherished moments and encouraging return visits. In 2021, Enchant hosted four successful events with many sold-out nights. By 2023, Enchant expanded to seven cities across the US, with plans for further growth.
