The Power of Project Debriefs

About this video
Description
Webinar Hosted by Jennifer Miller, Cohen Miller Consulting
We often get so caught up in meeting project deadlines and moving on, that we neglect the critical process of sharing what we learned – resulting in “corporate amnesia” and huge frustrations as the same issues come up again and again.
In this webinar you will learn:
• When you need a formal project debrief
• Who should be involved in project debriefs
• Best-practice methods for conducting debriefs
• Key actions that result from the debrief
• How to share learning that can be integrated into processes and corporate culture
