Gene Lee
As Vice President at Autodesk, Gene leads a multidisciplinary team of customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), employee experience (EX), customer insights, and design operation professionals responsible for delivering a seamless digital customer experience. He is customer-obsessed, data and outcomes driven, systems oriented and focused on the various touch points across the entire end-2-end journey (both internally and externally). Gene partners closely with peers in strategy, product, marketing, engineering and customer support to help drive a culture of inclusive co-creation to benefit our customers and the business. Before Mailchimp, he led a global cross functional team at PlayStation where he was responsible for the product and service experiences across the game console, web, mobile and VR while driving towards a user-centred culture. He has also worked with Nickelodeon, Scholastic, Landor, YR and several other great brands leading user experience, branding, advertising and design.
