Crispin Bailey is the Director of Design User Experience at Kalamuna, an Oakland-based digital agency, where he harnesses the firm's design and technical forces to help clients craft compelling and user-friendly websites. In his 20+ years building all things digital, he has lead successful outcomes as a digital producer, web accessibility lead, senior interactive designer, UX/UI designer, project manager and digital strategist.
Aleksey Lisovsky, Lead UX at Affinity eSolutions
Aleksey is a designer with 10+ years of experience in leading production and design teams. He has a track record of delivering successful products, varying complexity across multiple industries. He started his career in graphic design, but realized that the presentation layer is just one building block in creating a useful and usable product -which is how he transitioned into the UX field.
Sarah Neville, UX/UI Designer at Versett
With a background in visual design and psychology, Sarah entered the UX field with a deep curiosity and the goal of strengthening her visual language. Today she focuses on comprehensive user-centred research, in order to design seamless experiences that have positive impact. She has a deep love for creating exceptional human-centred experiences. Her long-term goal is to transform how people use digital products and technology by making them easy to use and accessible to everyone. Sarah is also the part-time Lead UX Educator at BrainStation, where she mentors the next wave of UX talent.

Wendy is the Director of Design Services at Empire Life and has an extensive background with in-house design management. With over 18 years experience, she'd led several design rebrands in the technology and financial services sectors. She is a graduate, advisory board member and mentor for the St. Lawrence College Graphic Design Program. Wendy's formula for successful in-house design is to deliver high quality, award-winning work and exceptional partnerships with internal stakeholders.
