Nicole is a Technical Recruiter with a focus on DEI at Ada - a Toronto-based automation platform that improves how customers and employees interact with a brand. She is also the founder of Fiddlehead Talent - a career coaching consultancy focused on supporting Creative and Digital talent that want to move into management and executive-level roles - and was previously the Lead Digital Recruiter with a Fortune 500 recruitment firm whose clients included well-established names in Technology, Marketing and Advertising agencies, Finance, Universities, Public-sector, Non-profits, as well as small to mid-sized GTA businesses. Nicole has helped numerous professionals identify their professional interests and leverage their experience to find work that sparks joy. Additionally, she is passionate about DEI and is currently working on creating and implementing strategies at Ada, particularly on the recruitment and incoming talent side of the business. Outside of her consultancy, you can find Nicole reading, learning new skills, playing with her bunny, cooking, and soaking up the sunshine in the backyard.
