Accelerating Your Side Projects

About this video

Description

Ask any designer what they're up to, and chances are they'll talk about their full-time work, and pepper the discussion with details about personal projects done on the side. There's nothing wrong with moonlighting, especially if it's a worthwhile endeavour you're undertaking. Maybe it's something that could be profitable. But how do you transform a side project from a hobby, weekend activity, or whim into something more substantial? Should you test the waters first before quitting your day job? When should you go solo and when should you build a team? Learn about steps to take, things to avoid, and how to cope with failure.
