About Aadil Khan
Aadil is a design researcher currently working at IBM as part of their enterprise design thinking program. His work involves designing, facilitating, and leading various design activities to generate user empathy, help teams align on product directions, and generate ideas that matter. Prior to working as a researcher, Aadil also practiced UX design as a member of various product teams at organizations. Aadil is also a lecturer and UX design/research instructor, teaching at George Brown College’s Brand Design Program, as well as Toronto Metropolitan University’s Master of Digital Media program.
