Hayley Fulton RGD
Hayley is a Certified RGD based in Kamloops, British Columbia. She spent eight years as a brand and publication designer at a marketing agency before moving to the private sector in 2017. She currently works as an in-house graphic designer with the BC Ministry of Transportation, focusing on wayfinding and interaction design. Her branding work has received a Hermes Creative Award, and she serves on the Mentorship and Certification Committees with the RGD.
Project: BC Ministry of Transportation Manuals
Redesigning BC Ministry of Transportation manuals by adding accessibility features, streamlining functionality and standardizing design. The updates made the manuals easier to use, more consistent and accessible to a wider audience.
Sara LeBlanc RGD
Sara is a Communications Design Specialist at The University of Waterloo, with almost two decades of experience creating strategic, purpose-driven communications for the public and education sectors. She also draws on her background in fine art and illustration to bring warmth, clarity and character to her work
Project: Global Futures
The University of Waterloo’s Global Futures Innovation Update was designed as part of a broader suite of materials, including the Waterloo@100 creative. These pieces were developed to communicate our community’s shared vision for the future – and to inspire that same community to help shape it. The Innovation Update contributes to that goal by showcasing the transformational research and innovation happening across the University.
Hilary McHale RGD
Hilary is an award-winning creative leader with nine years of experience specializing in brand development and design. She has shaped strategic visual identities for a range of organizations, bringing brands to life across digital, print and video platforms. With a strong background in both agency and in-house environments, Hilary is passionate about building authentic, engaging brand experiences.
Project: The NorQuest College rebrand
The NorQuest College rebrand was guided by a focus on accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring the new identity authentically reflects the diverse learners the college serves. Every element was designed to be bold and distinct—setting NorQuest apart in a crowded post-secondary landscape. The result is a vibrant, future-focused brand that celebrates difference and invites connection.
