Project: KCS Branding
Kingsway College School (KCS), a well-established private school in Toronto, recognized the need to reevaluate its branding as it expanded from K-8 to include a senior school campus for grades 9-12 after 35 years. With the aim of aligning their brand identity with their educational values, KCS embarked on a journey to develop a new brand strategy and design platform. The result was the creation of a modern crest that captured the essence of the school’s ethos. Additionally, a versatile visual vocabulary was developed, consisting of individual pictographs that could be combined to convey various narratives. This adaptability allowed for the creation of colorful patterns across different media, reflecting the school’s dynamic and inclusive nature.
