Tim Haats, Assistant Professor at Carleton University and DIAC Board Director, joins us to discuss his research paper, "AI as an Accelerator of Design's Professional Identity Transition." His research shows that AI is not just a simple tool, but a systemic disruptor that is speeding up the shift from production-centred design work toward leadership-oriented responsibilities.
