What We Do

  • The XD Advisory Group supports the RGD’s mission by promoting the representation and growth of experience disciplines, including UX, service design and other related fields, within the RGD’s programs, initiatives and community. This group collaborates with RGD Committees to drive forward initiatives that enhance awareness, learning and connection opportunities for experience design professionals.

Key Initiatives for 2025

  • RGDx Stream: A dedicated stream within RGD programs focusing on experience disciplines, including events, learning opportunities, articles and resources.
  • XD Certification Pathway: A new application process tailored to experience disciplines, developed in collaboration with the Certification Committee
  • XD Virtual Community: Relaunching in 2025! A group where XD design leaders support each other through the sharing of ideas, best practices, and questions on UX Design, UX Research, UI Engineering, Accessibility and Design Systems.
