Call for Speakers: Share your insights at 2025 events
The RGD invites all to submit a proposal to present for our 2025 Webinars, Conferences and Workshops.
The theme for DesignThinkers 2025 is ShiftShapers, which considers the ways in which a designer shapes how people see the world, opens their minds and shifts their perspectives.
The RGD invites proposals from speakers interested in participating in either of our 2025 Conferences that address on this theme and the ways in which designers can have a greater impact on the world.
DesignThinkers 2025 Vancouver takes place May 13-14 at the Vancouver Playhouse, Vancouver (also live-streamed). The deadline to submit proposals for DesignThinkers Vancouver is January 17.
DesignThinkers 2025 Toronto will take place in the fall, with specific dates still to be announced. The deadline for proposals is May 30, 2025.
In addition to our two DesignThinkers Conferences, the RGD has plans for an In-House Conference 2025, taking place in Toronto on June 19, 2025. The deadline for speaker proposals for this event is March 3.
Submit a speaker proposal.The RGD is also looking for speakers for 2025 webinars, including in the areas of Accessible Design, In-House Design, UX Design, Signage & Wayfinding, Branding and Typography. RGD Members attend all RGD webinars for free, while non-members must pay a small fee to attend.
Submit a proposal to present a webinar.We are also inviting proposals for half and full-day workshops. Plans are to offer workshops in cities across Canada as well as virtually.
