John Naboye Associate RGD
John is a first-generation Filipino-Canadian designer working in Calgary, Alberta. Originally from Edmonton, he earned his BDes from MacEwan University before joining the award-winning design team at DDB Canada. He works across art direction, motion design, and visual identities — typically from the earliest spark of a concept through to final execution. As a way to give back to the design community, he often supports emerging designers through mentoring, judging, and speaking engagements with design and advertising organizations. He's currently a Senior Designer at Funday, where he continues to push ideas further, visualize campaigns, and elevate the creative work through art and design.
