TWO FOLD is a perfume workshop brand created in response to an industry saturated with predetermined narratives of luxury and aspiration, reframing fragrance instead as a medium for self-exploration. The packaging system operates across two entry points. The first is an in-person workshop, where personalized labels use a fragmented visual language to reflect each participant’s curated scent narrative.

The second is a discovery kit of sample fragrances, a workshop guide, test strips and postcards that recreates the experience remotely. The bi-fold box—a direct reference to the brand’s name—is wrapped in a tactile burlap outer layer, restoring the layered emotional and cultural meaning that fragrance often loses when experienced in isolation. Built on co-creation, the system turns packaging into a tangible expression of personal identity for an audience aged 20–45 who use perfume as a form of self-expression, whether or not they have deep prior knowledge of fragrance.
