About this video
Description
We’re on the verge of the most profound shift in customer experience since the dawn of the web. Websites and apps, as we know them, are giving way to dynamic, AI-generated experiences, replacing fixed interfaces with conversations, agents and context-aware interactions that adapt in real time. Join Kemp as he describes an AI-native future where brands behave dynamically, technology becomes an active collaborator and every interaction shapes perception. Drawing on AREA 17’s foundation in behavioural branding, semantic design systems and microservice UI architecture, Kemp explains how to build brands that don’t disappear in the age of AI—but evolve, scale and grow more human through interaction.
