Step 1: Develop a Work Relationship

About this video

Description

Your team's creative intake process can be a lot like herding cats but it doesn't have to be that way. Developing variable creative briefs can help avoid ambiguity and spark creativity. Not every in-house design job requires a CREATIVE brief but they all require a BRIEF. Not every design request requires a kick-off meeting and follow-up discussions but the CREATIVE ones do. We'll go through steps on how to best route the design requests into the appropriate tiers of work, what kind of brief and project kickoff works best and how to work more collaboratively with your business partners.
