5 + 5 = x OR x + x = 10?

About this video

Description

Creativity is not the domain of just a chosen few. As designers, part of our purpose is to unlock the creativity in others - but it’s not often easy. At the d.school, we ask: what’s the difference between 5 + 5 = ? and ? + ? = 10. The answer? Creative confidence. And, knowing how to confidently bring together radically diverse groups to collaborate. Multi-disciplinary teams can create something better TOGETHER than any one of us could create on our own—but they need a process leader to tackle the world’s messiest problems.
