Creatives working across Canada are invited to fill out the 2023 Creative Earners National Salary Survey
Deadline: Closed
Your value shouldn’t be a puzzle. Take the 2023 Creative Earners National Salary survey to increase pay transparency in the Canadian creative industry.
An RGD initiative, this confidential survey helps Canadian creatives get a better understanding of the design industry and provides an up-to-date economic profile of the field for those working in it.
“Of the many roles that the RGD plays, one of the most important is that of an advocate of design and designers. Through the Creative Earners survey, the RGD stands for transparency while empowering designers to understand their real value and recognize the skills they need to grow. With playful branding by Clear Space on the theme of puzzles and quizzes, we are proud to launch the 2023 survey.”
Nicola Hamilton RGD
The only way to alleviate the anxiety caused by financial uncertainty in the industry and to build an inclusive and fair work environment is by eliminating salary speculation. Your participation in this survey is a step closer to making the future more equitable and conversations about ones value more accessible.
The 2023 Salary Survey takes only about 10 to 12 minutes to complete depending on the additional questions you choose to answer, and is divided into sections according to the type of employment or unemployment.
Take the survey now.
All participants receive 20% off on a streaming ticket for DesignThinkers 2023 Vancouver (May 30–31) or Toronto (November 2–3). Five participants will also win a free virtual ticket to attend DesignThinkers 2023.
A special thank you to Members of the Creative Earners Sub-Committee Diego Casco RGD, Evelyn Csiszar RGD, Xandr Sutjiadi RGD, Sissa Morgado Associate RGD, Ashley Tomlinson Associate RGD and Dustin O’Donnell.
