Zoe Boudreau

Hello! I’m Zoë - A design director with a decade of experience in branding and advertising. Branding is my specialty all wrapped in a big bow of conceptual thinking. I design brand identities for founders and in-house teams who want their business to be undeniable. By day I'm Associate Design Director at Rethink. On my own time I run Boudreau Studio, my freelance practice. I truly believe that brand is a secret power. People don’t fall in love with businesses, they fall in love with charismatic personalities, humour and truth. Design unlocks these traits. Logos, colours, type, motion, and tone of voice all smooshed together form a persona that audiences befriend. All my projects are armoured with collaborative workshops, design strategy, and research so brands don't just look pretty, they’re looking stunning and articulate. After Bow Wow Academy's rebrand, leads went up more than 20% year over year. Recently I worked with some brilliant clients on their rebrand like WINNERS, Scotiabank, YWCA BC, Sleep Origin, and Hotel Willo. I've also been featured in Dieline, Brand New, Dezeen, Adweek and The Globe and Mail. Things I'm proud of: Global Young Lions Gold 2025 with my design partner Jesse, ADCC Rising Star finalist 2025, Brand New's 6th best icon of 2024. I also speak and judge.
