Great design starts with understanding people, not assuming what they need. I've studied it. I'm a UX Designer with a published chapter in Springer's e-Consumers in the Era of New Tourism — research into how people actually make decisions in digital environments, presented at Waseda University in Tokyo. That academic foundation shapes how I approach every design problem: with rigour, not instinct. My background spans Information Technology, multimedia design, a decade of human-centered customer experience at Starbucks, and production craft at DIRTT. I hold a Professional Diploma from the UX Design Institute, and certificates from BrainStation and Uxcel. I'm currently a Production Artist at DIRTT and actively seeking UX Design roles where research, strategy, and craft can all show up together.
