Rony Mikhael (RGD) is the founder and creative director of Studio Mined, a brand and design firm founded in 2022. Based in Hamilton, he leads a curated team of creatives working primarily in technology, hospitality, arts & culture, fashion, and CPG, with strategic design work that has directly impacted Fortune 50, 500, and 2000 companies. Over his 15+ year design career, he has served as creative director at various agencies, with clients spanning everything from local shops to celebrity brands, international enterprises to non-profits alike. As an entrepreneur, Rony has also founded and operated businesses across the entertainment, creative, and coffee industries, giving him unique insight into the challenges of building brands from the ground up. His work has been recognized by organizations such as the ADCC, Applied Arts Magazine, and LogoLounge.
