Lawrence Ly RGD
I am a service designer, researcher and visual communicator based in Toronto. I have 15 years of experience working in health research, non-profit, and government sectors, where I honed my graphic design expertise in presenting complex information and executing multi-channel communication strategies. These days, I am working more upstream in design research and co-creation to improve care for people in health services and organizations. I consider myself a wholehearted enthusiast for all things in art and design, with a special interest in hand lettering, urban sketching, and wayfinding systems. I love learning new things about our world and the people who live in it, and this desire to connect with and help others is why I chose to become a designer: to make a difference and leave a positive impact on society.
