Edward Lizada

Edward Lizada is a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer, Animator, and Video Editor with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact visual content for broadcast, digital media, advertising, and large-scale brand campaigns. Throughout his career, he has produced hundreds of motion graphics packages, commercials, television titles, digital campaigns, and interactive visual experiences for major media networks, corporate clients, and global brands. Edward currently serves as a Senior Animator at ICON Digital Productions in Markham, Ontario, where he creates high-end motion graphics, 3D animation, digital signage content, and large-format display visuals for retail environments, corporate campaigns, and live event screens. His work supports major North American brands and high-visibility installations, including graphics production for the Prudential Center in New Jersey, one of the United States’ premier sports and entertainment venues. At ICON, Edward has contributed creative work for numerous Canadian retail and corporate brands, including LCBO, Sobeys, Safeway, FreshCo, Thrifty Foods, Seneca Polytechnic, King Ursa, and Sinai Health Foundation, among others. His role involves translating creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling through motion design, 3D animation, and digital content across broadcast, web, social media, and large-scale out-of-home displays. Prior to joining ICON, Edward worked as a Video Editor at EarthLabs Inc., producing video content for digital media platforms such as MINING.com, The Northern Miner, and CEO.CA, editing podcasts, interviews, social media videos, and industry reports distributed across YouTube and other digital platforms. Earlier in his career, Edward spent over 17 years working with major television networks and production companies, including ABS-CBN, TV5, Cignal TV, and Brightlight Productions, where he led motion graphics design for television shows, sports broadcasts, and advertising campaigns. His broadcast work includes creating graphics packages, program branding, and motion design for live sports leagues, entertainment programs, and national television broadcasts. Edward holds a Graduate Diploma in Interactive Media Design from Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto, where he graduated with Honours and served as a Program Peer Mentor. Known for his strong visual storytelling, technical expertise, and collaborative approach, Edward specializes in motion graphics, video editing, broadcast design, 3D animation, and digital branding, using tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and emerging AI-assisted creative technologies. His work continues to bridge broadcast design, digital media, and large-scale brand experiences, helping organizations communicate their stories through powerful and engaging visuals.
