I created and helmed one of Canada's best-loved boutique advertising and design agencies – Compass360 – for 22 years as Creative Director and Managing Partner before selling my half at the end of 2015; I was Chief Designer and Managing Director of Siena Red, which developed residential rental property in Southwestern Ontario; and as Team Principal of Compass Racing – which I founded in 2003 – I oversaw what has become one of the winningest professional sportscar teams in North America. 2023 saw the launch of my latest venture, Compass Racing | Collective, which offers online auction support for clients selling enthusiast and collector vehicles.I am grateful to give back to our community and have been on the Board of – or an Advisor to – a number of worthy for-good organizations, most especially the Race Day Foundation, a 501(c)3 that provides transformative motorsports-related experiences that cultivate and nurture interest in STEM-related career paths as well as bespoke experiential events that offer a “day-away” to deserving families.
