Divshaan Singh Brar Student RGD

I'm a graphic designer and student at George Brown Polytechnic, completing an Advance Diploma in Graphic Design (2026). My work spans brand identity, print, digital, and social media — with a focus on design that connects strategy to story. I've led campaigns for Schulich Executive Education, rebranded Different Spokes Brampton (resulting in 300% growth in engagement), and bring hands-on fabrication experience from my time as a Student Lab Technician working with laser cutters, 3D printers, and vacuum formers. That bridge between screen and material is central to how I think about design. Based in Brampton, Ontario. Portfolio at divshaan.github.io.

Skills

You should hire me because...

“I bring strategy and hands-on production experience. I've led campaigns for Schulich ExecEd, rebranded Different Spokes Brampton growing engagement by 300%, and worked across brand identity, print, OOH, and digital. I operated laser cutters and 3D printers as a Lab Technician — I design knowing how things are made. I make things work.”

I know a lot about...

“brand systems, print production, and the full journey from concept to fabrication. I've worked across identity, OOH, digital, and institutional campaigns — and spent time as a Lab Technician operating laser cutters, 3D printers, and vacuum formers. I know how design lives in the real world, not just on screen.”

I'm an RGD Member because...

“I want to be part of a community that takes design seriously as a profession. RGD represents the standard I'm working toward — and being a Student Member keeps me connected to the industry, to other designers, and to what's happening in Canadian design while I'm still building my career.”
