BC Pension Corporation a Creative Services Consultant to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

As a Creative Services Consultant, you will report to the Manager, Creative Portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Corporation’s creative strategies and projects. You will leverage your professional leadership and expertise to independently design, deliver and manage both in-house and contracted creative services. Your work will support the corporation’s and plan boards’ business outcomes, encompassing strategy, design, brand identity and various media including videography, photography and print materials.

As a senior creative, you will have the opportunity to exercise your design skills and knowledge through varied creative and brand challenges. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including assistant directors, directors, executives and contract managers. Your role will involve understanding client needs, designing effective creative strategies and campaigns and ensuring the successful delivery of creative services both corporately and with plan boards. You will be a conduit between clients and creative services, managing relationships and ensuring the delivery of professional and effective creative solutions. Our ideal candidate is both a strategist and a tactician – as comfortable developing a creative brief as they are fulfilling it.
