Deloitte Global tasked the team with revitalizing the Extraordinary Women of Deloitte campaign, transforming outdated creative into a cohesive and authentic platform representing women across the organization. The objective was to modernize the initiative, align it with global brand standards and enable flexibility for local adaptation by member firms. The team focused on highlighting real experiences and diverse voices, positioning Deloitte as a workplace where women thrive and lead. Following an analysis of existing materials and social trends, a new creative system was developed, emphasizing connection, authenticity, diversity and impact. Custom photoshoots captured candid moments, neutral styling and bold brand colours, while handwritten quotes and dynamic shapes added energy and depth. Soft gradients and layered visuals allowed subjects to break the frame. The campaign delivered scalable assets across social, web and video, earning immediate recognition and achieving Deloitte’s highest organic social engagement in over two years.
