Every summer, Bruce Power celebrates its communities by hosting FunFest, a free event open to everyone. In 2025, it took place in Southampton, Ontario, where families were welcomed for a day of face painting, live shows, food and more. For the event, the Creative Strategy team developed a unique brand focused on capturing the spirit of “fun” through bold, vibrant and highly engaging visuals aimed at families and children.

With activities spread across indoor and outdoor spaces, the brand needed to stand out while helping guide attendees throughout the site. Bright, high-energy colours were used not only to attract attention, but also to act as visual wayfinding. While staying grounded in Bruce Power’s core palette, the design drew inspiration from 1980s graphics, incorporating playful patterns and geometric shapes to add movement and personality. The result was a flexible visual system that worked seamlessly across signage, stage backdrops, digital screens and print materials.
