Docebo’s Neon Renaissance
Docebo
Toronto, ON
The in-house creative team at Docebo had an ambitious goal: make a 20-year-old learning software company impossible to ignore. The result was a brand redesign called Neon Renaissance. Drawing on the company's Italian roots—Docebo was founded in Milan in 2005—the direction channels Italian art and architecture to capture a future being redefined by AI and human potential. The project aimed to break from category sameness and establish Docebo as the company redefining how organizations learn and grow.
The team built a flexible design system anchored in 3D forms, neon colour palettes and modern landscapes reimagining 14th-century craftsmanship through a futuristic lens. The system came to life across a fully overhauled website with rebuilt taxonomy, navigation and immersive interactions, as well as sales decks, white papers, social assets and marketing collateral. The relaunch earned a strong reception, reinforcing confidence in Docebo's vision and positioning the brand to engage more strategically with enterprise organizations that view learning as a competitive advantage.
