Seven Neighbours
Multiple Award Winner – New Brand & Social Good
Confedde, Brand and Venture Studio
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Seven Neighbours was created to empower next-generation wealth creators and stewards to shape a more holistic future through systems inspired by nature’s intelligence. Designed for family office leaders, inheritors, entrepreneurs, executives and advisors, the brand makes regenerative leadership feel relevant, desirable and accessible to a new generation. Confedde developed the brand strategy, naming, messaging, architecture and visual identity as one living system, designed to carry a distinct frequency and evolve through connection, movement and participation. Inspired by research conducted in the Costa Rican jungle, the design philosophy draws from nature’s patterns, rhythms and behaviours.
The name comes from starling murmurations, where each bird responds to its seven closest neighbours, enabling thousands to move as one. This expression of connected intelligence became the foundation for the brand. When repeated, the mark creates bird-, star- and butterfly-like forms that evoke collaboration, metamorphosis and movement. Optical shifts introduce discovery and play, while a nature-derived palette brings the energy of the natural world into contemporary culture and the boardroom. Flexible compositions allow the identity to move across private gatherings, global stages and consumer-facing experiences, positioning Seven Neighbours to carry regenerative thinking beyond traditional climate circles and invite wider participation in a collaborative new era.
