Trulioo, a digital identity verification company, helps businesses identify legitimate customers so they can do business safely and securely online. Among North America’s most innovative technology companies, Trulioo was about to launch their identity verification platform at a global scale. To do so, the brand—which had become fragmented over the years—needed to align with the business vision, and the narrative needed to speak to Trulioo’s enterprise market.

Pendo worked with the leadership team, closely connected with their internal culture and evolved the narrative around the company’s purpose, then rolled out the brand across every touchpoint, from digital to print to environment, setting the next phase of Trulioo.
