Unifonic is a customer engagement platform that helps businesses connect with customers across mobile apps. While going through a time of rapid growth, the company wanted a way for employees to celebrate the culture they’d worked so hard to build. To really understand the culture, Pendo surveyed and interviewed the team, including everyone in the process.

The concept, “The Story of U,” was inspired by first-hand examples of how employees contributed to the culture, what culture meant to the team and how “you” are an integral part of it all. Focusing the narrative on both the individual and the collective provided a thread to weave the story together from cover to cover. The process of distilling Unifonic’s culture played a pivotal role in bringing the team closer together, with everyone working towards a common goal.
